Stella has a long experience in Fire Safety, working in her family business of commercial fire safety and maintenance.  She has experience in Alberta Fire Code and NFPA standards, and has helped many clients achieve compliance to these standards in varying industries.

Stella then took on challenging positions at CN Rail (Western Canada) and has 10 years experience working in the engineering and transportation departments throughout the western region.  Here, she expanded on her safety experience, with facilitating alcohol and drug programs, Joint health and safety committee, and program manual updates as well as TDG.

Stella came to SafeTech in 2005 and was immediately productive on several field assignments, and several large industry program developments.  Field Staff Contracts that she was involved with: Suncor, Dow Ft. Saskatchewan, Dow Prentiss, ESSO, Syncrude, CNRL, Jackpine, Albian Sands, LongLake, Surmount.

Stella also performed fall protection assessments and train-the-trainer program for the City of Edmonton, and fall protection inspection, assessment and training for the Petro-Canada Refinery in Edmonton.

Stella has a Diploma in Finance from NAIT, and a NCSO from the Alberta Construction Safety Association.  She is currently pursuing her CRSP designation.
